Maybe not the Occupy Wall Street protest, but I do support civil rights protests like gay marriage and the such. Realized that I have never participated in a protest.   A SkinnyScoop member commented: I am no legal expert but do think she is responsible for the death of her roommate Meredith Kercher. It may be that she was under the influence of drugs or a bad group of friends. Maybe that makes it manslaughter...I'm not sure as I don't know the details. But Merideth Kercher would be alive today had she never met Amanda Know.

• In light of the new information about Tillikum(attacking the trainer differently) what should be his fate if you could choose?

  A SkinnyScoop member commented: This was the 3rd incident that this Orca was involved in. It was reported yesterday that the original statement from Sea World, that said that the trainer was pulled in by her hair was false. A witness to the attack said that Tillikum grabbed the trainer by the arm and pulled her into the tank. Then the arm was severed from her body. At one point she made it to the surface and almost to the side of the tank when he attacked her again and pulled her down. This IS what orcas do, but it should be done in the wild. To be kind I would turn him loose and let Nature take it's course. I really think he should be euthanized if they can't turn him loose. I know that I now have NO desire to see these animals perform.

  A SkinnyScoop member commented: Sometimes and I mean sometimes Ive spent $6 on a bag of gourmet chips that barely the 1/2 the size of lays. Cigarettes in NYC cost close to $15 a pack and people still buy them.
