To make: Add egg whites on plate with your desired seasonings (I like salt and pepper). Put on for 1 min. If you like them runny that should be good. If not, heat up a little longer. Enjoy!

I have found these to be super convenient when you need that extra snack. They work great with salad and there is no need to peel. It's all done for you! Also great before/after working out to keep you satisfied while giving you some needed protein.

High in protein, it offers a bit of fat and has only 80 calories. Also has a longer shelf life than most snacks, 2-3 months! My go-to brand is Precious, great taste and the stringiest!

Looking for a new healthy breakfast??? This one is healthy and has a little crunch to it since its not your ordinary oatmeal! Add fresh fruit, raisins, honey to boost the flavor. Very filling and full of nutrients!

 I am a chips addict..and that is obviously not very healthy so carrots and hummus are definitely a great alternative! So tasty and good for you. If you don't care much for carrots you can really use any vegetable with hummus.

 I rely on power salads for nutrients and protein. My favorite consists of four easy things: romaine lettuce, Trader Joe's (already prepared) "Just Chicken", pico de gallo and guacamole. Less than 5 minutes assembly time and you're good to go!
