Suggested by Hello Ladies:

I want to focus on the positive in 2013. And when I do that, I am going to find plenty of reasons to celebrate. Life is good, if you view it that way.

Paula Rizzo: Set Aside "Tech Free" Time

BRAND NEW. IPHONE 4 32GB BLACK. COMES WITH ALL ACCESSORIES: WALL CHARGER, USB CABLE, and HEADPHONES.

Suggested by Paula Rizzo,List Producer:

It's so hard to put down your phone, ipad and computer. But I'm going to make a conscious effort to put the devices down when I get home and enjoy a few tech free moments.

Lori Krolik: Be More Present With My Family

Suggested by Lori Krolik:

I'm often guilty of glancing at my smartphone or letting my mind wander when spending time with my kids. I'd like to be better at cherishing even the mundane moments as my kids are growing waaaayyy too quickly.

Michelle Hutchinson: Work Less

I want to work less and spend more time with my daughter - she has just turned 11 and growing up so fast!

Love More.

Suggested by eFlirt Expert:

This year, I'm going to focus on relationships. Not only spreading joy to those who are single via my business and book, but in my own life by being more present with friends, family and beyond.

Eat More Whole Foods & Ditch Processed Food

Suggested by Kimberly Moore:

2012 was a good practice year for me eating my way to good health. I am determined in 2013 to plan and prep better & focus on whole foods and try to get to ZERO processed foods!
