If there's one thing that makes me feel crappy it's not sleeping enough...therefore I recommend always getting at least six hours of shut-eye!

This is part of my weekly routine. Exercise gives me energy and helps me stay positive. Love the feeling after a great workout. It can be hard at times to make it into the gym or go for a run but I never have any regrets after my workouts.

It's not the deepest suggestion but Spanx (leggings, stockings, camis, etc) make me feel 10 lbs lighter which just makes me feel and act more confident.
