Taralynn is so real. She doesn't only blog about exercise and food, she shared her life story and shares her weaknesses and strengths. I love that she documents her own situations, like how she handles vacations and baking so much. She lives the kind of life I would like to - to be healthy and look great, but still live normal life. And NO extreme diet change!

This blog is wonderful! Taralynn is so inspirational and down to earth! From exercises to meals to REAL stories about her REAL experiences. She is amazing and I love reading about her journey!

Carissa Whitworth: Taralynn is super realtable. Her journey od weightloss is awe inspiring. I started a natural foods diet about a week ago I just had my 4th kid 7 months ago and I seriously couldnt get through it without her. There are so many vegan and vegetarian and just plain low calorie meal ideas. She is a wounderfull girl, who touches so many people. She is THE best blogger I have ever come across

Another quick and easy resource for balancing health and wellness- at home massage! I would highly recommend using The Massage Buddha for a quick, at home massage option. They offer affordable Thai and Swedish massages, with a focus on Eastern and Western massage practices. If you are in the Los Angeles area, I definitely recommend checking them out: http://www.themassagebuddha.com
