  • MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES: K-One Fitness

Learning a martial art is not only about the physical challenges or fitness training. For kids, teaching them about martial arts is also a great way to learn social skills, develop self discipline, and raise mental awareness of their surroundings.

Eden Godsoe says: "Both our son & daughter take karate / martial arts classes at K-One. It has helped them with self confidence, coordination & discipline. The Sensei is awesome - a nice mix of tough & fun."
