Plantain Chips

Plantain chips may not quite as healthy as kale chips but certainly better than potato chips. Trader Joe's has good ones.

Loving these new chips and they come in many flavors: BBQ, Sea Salt & Vinegar, Parmesan & Garlic..How am I suppose to pick just one?!

Eden Godsoe: I love these too. Especially the Sea Salt & Vinegar. I want to investigate these & the sweet potato chips further to find out if they are truly healthier than potato chips before I kid myself.

The ones from Trader Joe's are pretty good, definitely have a kick to them.

Larissa: These ARE good, thanks for introducing them to me. They're not too spicy or salty, have a good crunchy texture too - not too hard or soft.
