    Mandy says: "I'm not a big believer in multi vitamins, so I just went with the cheap, drug store brand so I could say I was taking something, mostly to avoid annoying my midwives and inquisitive friends and family."

    Mandy says: "Truth be told, I didn't really give it up, I just cut down to a small glass every once in a while. There is no evidence anywhere that light drinking causes fetal harm. Fetal alcohol syndrome takes about five drinks a day, every day."
