40-Something Life: Balancing Life with Food and Wine...

A number of years into writing my blog, which I love doing, I realized the weight had gone up, the exercise had slowed and my physical peak is no longer a peak, it’s more of a trough, a very deep trough. Ugh - I need to go on a Diet Again...

Let’s talk Diets. Why you ask? Well, because I need to go on one again and I dont like doing them alone! Maybe it’s my blog and food writing or the fact that I eat to much in general? Too much wine? No, that can’t be it at all. Or, I stopped working out. Either way, I need to go on a diet – again… and start working out... again! http://40-...

Talking the Wine Lingo

We all know what the words nose, legs and finish mean, but do you know what they mean with regards to wine tasting? The Benefits of Drinking Wine

Do you even want to know what they are? Of course you do! Who doesn’t want to hear about the benefits of doing something that can sometimes been seen as bad for you to hear that there are benefits of it being good for you. If you are not looking for love online, where can you look?

74 percent of singles look for love online. Isn’t that a staggering number???? Is it because people can’t communicate anymore in person? Are our friend’s rubbish and don’t introduce us enough to their eligible single friends?

My Top 5 Men of USA (TV) - Now, so you know I am not some crazy TV star stalker; it is the character I think is cute and I am well aware that the real person is a uniquely different human being. I just wanted to set that straight… I am really not crazy - honest. So, I thought why not share my problem. I mean a problem shared is a problem halved...
