I think these look horrible on babies! Gently cut or bite their nails and they won't scratch themselves.

A long dresser with a sheep skin thrown on top works wonderfully. You're never going to leave the baby, and I've never known anyone to use that silly strap. Besides, most parents end up changing baby all over the house as needed and the changing table tends to collect clutter.

Even when starting to walk, bare feet (or socks) are best at home. Shoes started to be necessary when she stood up alone and we weren't home.
