Yes
I cook mine in the microwave and it's delish!
Yes
Put it in the oven until the little plastic thing pops up! I always need to google what the approximate time is based on weight, but other than that there is no magic. I brined my turkey one year (soaked it in salt water) and it was a pain in the rear and I don't think it did much.
No
I usually outsource and just reheat the turkey.
No
I could cook everything but the turkey.
Yes
I made my first Turkey(well Turkey Breast, played it safe) last year! It was a huge success so I've been asked to host Christmas Day and make my famous, juicy, dry rub Turkey Breast again for my family! I'll have to make 2 this year!
No
And I hope I never have to learn. I hate turkey!
Yes
cooking a turkey couldn't be easier actually. most of the time (if you buy it fresh and not frozen) you can quickly season, rub with butter and throw it in the over... people do stuffing separately more and more for health reasons (i'm old school and stuff the bird) so you are really just throwing a turkey in the oven and basting every once and a while....cooks for 3 + hours depending on how big. it couldn't be easier. everyone should cook at least one roast dinner in their life...it is truly the easiest meal you can make.
Yes
It's just like roasting a chicken, but takes longer.
No
I have done it once with the help of my sister.
No
Nope! I'm a vegetarian so I do a Tofurkey at Thanksgiving and it's very tasty!
Yes
Yes! Now, whether or not I *like* turkey is another question...

Though my MIL assisted somewhat in my first attempt.

Yes, I do! I started helping my mother in the kitchen when I was about 7 years old and have been obsessed with cooking and baking since! Yay Thanksgiving!
Yes
I'm a pretty awesome turkey cooker if I do say so myself!
No
I've only done it once -- it turned out "okay." It wasn't dried out or burned -- not enough flavor!
No
I once cooked one upside down and have never lived it down.
Yes
Been hosting Thanksgiving at our house for over ten years and would have it no other way. I make a mean bird. :-)
No
I think I'm going to add this to my bucket lists of things I need to learn.
