My 4.5 YO son has a lot of pee accidents. He potty trained at 2.9 but recently regressed (not sure why, no new sibling, etc). Advice?

I wouldn't overly worry about it. My son - who is now 5 yrs old - still has the odd accident, as do many of the 4-5 yr olds at his preschool. For him it comes down to not wanting to miss out on anything, so he holds it until he literally needs to go "right now." We are now in the habit of taking regular bathroom breaks even if he says he doesn't need to - before heading out, before bedtime, etc.
I wouldn't worry. My son did the same, mostly because he didn't want to bother with anything so banal as going to the bathroom when he could make a giant Lego starship instead. (Awwwwww, Mom!) He is 7 now and still rolls his eyes at the thought of prioritizing regular urination over Star Wars battleships.
Perhaps you should check that it isn't anything medical, like a bladder infection, before exploring other possibilities. I have heard that sometimes growth can cause a regression. It might also be distractions:) I hope this helps a bit.
