So hard. Obviously no, but I would strongly discourage by pointing out how she might be perceive. But is she was headstrong and adamant about wearing it, then fine. She'll probably wear whatever she wants (can change when arriving at school) so there's no point forbidding.

Only if she were planning to spend the remainder of her adolescence and early 20s alone in Antarctica. In which case she'd need layers because it can go below -110 degrees Fahrenheit.

No Way!!! Hooters is a brand that openly objectifies women. If your 14 year old daughter really wants to wear a Hooters t-shirt, please use this as a 'learning opportunity' for her. But, I agree, is there a Hell no, option?
