Fantastic - landscaping is nice, paint looks great, might even plant seasonal flowers in a bed or box

Pretty good is good enough for me. Maybe we sell it (in like 20 years) we will get it fantastic but for now I ok with pretty good.

Mine is somewhere between kind of good and good. The paint is great, lawn is always tended and we have annual flowers and urns done for each season but I'd like to do a couple of more things that just aren't making it to the top of the "discretionary budget" list this summer.

We live in a community that has lawn care and everyone is expected to keep it together. Peer pressure is effective.

Fantastic ...

We own a town home and if we don't keep our yard looking nice, the town home police (aka: association) sends letters in the mail. We have a dog, so sometimes it's hard to keep the yard looking excellent... but, over all, yes, I always have flowers out and everything is always cleaned up/in it's place. Now however, just don't walk inside my house... it's a whole 'nother story. :-)
