Once I had a sexual dream about a male co-worker that I worked with closely. It freaked me out and made me feel weird that I was having dreams about another man. Then more recently a had a sexual dream about a female co-worker I work closely with. That made me realize that maybe we just incorporate people that we spend a lot of time with into our dreams and that it probably doesn't really mean anything.
