I'm with Adriana. If I have to choose, I'll go with the wrinkles. There are some fantastic products out there and putting cream on your face, drinking water and going to be a little earlier are all easier than burning off 20 lbs!

Carrying 20 extra lbs is unhealthy, so I'd have to choose showing my age...nothing a little Thermage, botox, fraxel, etc can't cure!

Skinny does not equal healthy. That's a fallacy. Strong is healthy. So I would rather be strong with 20 more pounds of lean muscle than slim, weak and old-looking.

You can always do something about the 20, but time doesn't stop on your face. And don't tell me about fillers and botox and face lifts -- those do not make you look younger, only oddly smooth or lumpy or stretched.
