Jalen Hurts took his relationship with Bryonna “Bry” Rivera Burrows public in January 2023. He stunned fans when Bryonna joined him on the field to celebrate his team’s NFC Championship victory against the San Francisco 49ers on January 29, 2023.
Before then, he kept his romance with Bryonna away from the spotlight. He never posted anything about his dating life on his Instagram page which is filled with snaps from his career and his charity work. He also never made any comments about his love life before hard-launching his relationship with Bry the day he found out he would be going to the Super Bowl.
Speaking about his relationship with Bryonna during an interview with Essence in April 2023, Jalen Hurts said, “I’m not married or anything like that. But I am spoken for.” This meant that he and Bry had been dating on and off since they met for the first time at the University of Alabama, where they were both students.
Jalen went on to tell the outlet that he knew a long tome ago that Bryonna was the one for him. “I mean, to this point in my life, that’s an irreplaceable feeling. I think that’s what allowed us to get to where we are now,” he said. Judging by this comment, it looks like Jalen has already made up his mind to settle down with Bry when the time is right. When that happens, they’ll probably start having children.
Meanwhile, both Jalen and Bry are private, but accomplished in their own rights. The latter resides in Dallas and works in the tech industry as an artificial intelligence partner for the International Business Machines Corporation (IBM). She has worked with the company for about four years, according to her profile on Linkedin.
