Kynnedy joined the team on the 13th of August, 2021, as an outside hitter and has been one of its strongest hands. She recorded 13 kills during the game between her school and Sam Rayburn in August 2022 and 6 kills in another match against Goose Creek Memorial. Also, during an interview with GQ in April 2021, Jalen talked about various things he has already done with his money and how he also plans to spend it in the future. Apart from charity, he mentioned that he has already set aside $70,000 for his sister, Kynnedy Hurts, to go to college. According to him, he had not talked to anyone about it at the time, not even his sister or their parents. “Just in case she needs it I have $70,000 set aside for her to go to college,” he said.
