Ideas for Boosting Your Immune System & Staying Healthy

I really don't like being sick (who does?). And even worse is when the kids get sick. Sometimes there's just not much you can do, and I'm told each virus makes you stronger. But I'm always looking for ideas to stay healthy.

I swear by Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C ("gel packs"). It works at preventing (or minimizing) colds! It was recommended to me years ago by a preventative medicine, board-certified M.D. My oldest two boys take at the first exposure to or first symptoms!

Sleep is the number one way to stay healthy. Now, if only there were a way to get more of it. But I'm going to make this more of a priority. Granted, mine doesn't look like this photo, with perfect makeup, eyebrows and hair. But you get the idea.

Exercise is the next best thing. Again, how to find the time. Keep it simple, get outside, 5 minutes is better than nothing! You don't have to be training for an ironman, just start by walking.
